What is the legal form of the company?

Companies are registered in UK or Jersey as a Limited or Ltd, in USA is their equivalent Inc. Shares are hold privately and the value of company is limited by the value of the company, not by financial status of the owner/s or director/s

For a Jersey or USA you need at least one director and one secretary, in the UK you need only one director. There is no maximum limit of directors or the shares holders of the company.
